I have broad experience in analysing organisations in the Netherlands and abroad. (especially in less developed countries).
I carry out organisational analys and I support and guide processes of change.
On demand I give training in the fields of financial management, project management and organisational development.
Identification, formulation and evaluation of projects in the context of european, bilateral co-operation, structural development co-operation or emergency aid belongs to my experience.
Furthermore I give administrative support to projects and organisations and assistance to the preparation of financial and operational audits.
